Stayed there recently. Most terrible experience of staying in East London. No customer service and break down communication from the start of the enquiry. Will not recommend it to anybody and will never stay there again. They charge you for services before you even confirm you wanted. Don't ask for prices, they will just bill you or deduct it from your payment. Whatever you do, not not pay the full total for accommodation upfront. Don't be fooled by the "cheap rates". If it sound too good to be true than it will be. Their service deserve half a star. The poor customer service is directly from "management" . Don't even ask for a manager, you will get the run around. If I didn't pay the full amount upfront than I would not have gone there and rather look for other accommodation. Pls don't ask about dstv, you will pay even if you don't watch any. Good luck.
