The staff are friendly, but the service I received was very poor... I was misdiagnosed twice, going to them with the same problem two times and still charge the normal price. I had to go to another doctor who helped me. I'll never go back

Very affordable health care and the Dr I went to was very good. You can't book so it's all walk ins but I've never found a long line every time I went there. They accept medical aid but not on weekends.

Very poor service, I am still waiting for my claim (over a double payment) which I submitted over 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my payment. I have had to call every week just to get an update only to speak to different people, none of which seem to know what is going on. No follow up, no money received. I am extremely unhappy with this practise!

The dentist side is a problem, not professional at all. I phoned 3 times to make an appointment , couldnt get through. When i finally got through the receptionist took my number and was gonna phone me back after checking the dentist's diary. She never phoned back till today. I'd definitely not recommend this place. No customer service at all

The staff is friendly and loving. The suites are clean and the entire process is from walking in to seeing the doctor was pleasant.
