I give them one star for atleast picking up the phone. The other four stars was lost due to poor communication and not keeping appointments. It seemed like "if you not big enough for business, then you're last on their list of things to do". I hope they improve.

HCS have installed many aircon units in my hotel in Tulbagh. The prices were competitive, the service was OK to good, but their determination to get the job done 100% was impressive.
