Over the telephone.....can not hear them.....not speaking clearly....put you through to wrong departments, give wrong answers or prices or can not understand you or the question. And then all of a suddenly you get cut off. I tried to get information on different product prices and availability without success......very very frustrated. This is really not helpful at all.

Extremely poor service from some staffembers there. No one assist you and you have to go and find someone to assist you although there is not many people in the store. Prices not on products or products not at the right place. When asked for help the product was just stuffed in my hands and the person left. Not being able to ask the cost of the product. I just took my stuff and left. Very poor service overall.
