Worst experience ever. Not my favourite retailer to start with, but they went out of their way to find a problem for every solution. The floor Manager Matshepo (if that is her name) gave me her details and telephone number- a number that does not exist. I was unable to purchase my son a tablet, even when I advised them that I do not need a sim card. I had my ID and just wanted to mail them my proof of residence which they refused- this despite the fact that I had my business card and a contract with vodacom. They just did not want to work.

Not my favorite general retailer, but I like the fact that they frequently offer specials that fit the budget. Theye are also not a bad choice for electric equipment and other electronics. In fact, I bought my Defy gas stove from Game and I am impressed with their customer service.

Great staff with awesome service. Was about to give up on Game stores until I got help from the friendly staff in Heidelberg. It was a new service offering but they explained that they didn't know about it but managed to team up & figure it out, now that is a winner customer service. I'm moving to Heidelberg to be close to you guys

Very poor service so disappointed wanted to buy scatter cushion but they could not scan or pick up item code they are useless waited for an hour but still they could not help and didn't even get a sorry nothing from cashier and manager. Poor customer service
