Great family outing, learning experience whilst getting close to nature, Heinie is an excellent guide! Beware of the flies but its part of the fun... Bring your own fly swatter. The only thing that they could improve on is the receptionist telephone skills.

Efficient and conveniently located. I booked the half day game drive to hluhluwe and it was great. Our driver was friendly and accommodating. He was also always on time. We got to see a lot of wildlife on the game drive - elephants, giraffes, impala, rhinos etc. Just not any lions unfortunately. We also received a 10% discount for the st lucia boat cruises which we used.

We booked two tours through Bev at Heritage Tours and Safaris, an afternoon hippo & crocodile boat trip and the full day Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game drive. The entire process was efficient, the briefing on what to expect and a small special request were fully attended to. Both trips were amazing, the guides Brown and John had extensive knowledge of the entire eco system the history of the area and filled in any quiet moments with either rare bird sightings or intersting facts. The breakfast and lunch on the game drive were excellant.

Went on a wonderful early morning safari. Cool so blankets were supplied. Our guide Jason was very informative and cooked a great Brie too. Food for lunch we good . Loved the pasta salad need that recipe . Lol . We saw elephants , water buffalo, hippos, giraffes , Impala all to be honest except the illusive Lion in the big 5. But boy did Jason try to find us one . We even saw a rare sighting of wild dogs that had been in hiding for a while. Take a hat and some long trousers depending on the time of year but enjoy its wonderful .

My partner and I joined the "Heritage Tours & Safaris Cape Vidal tour" on 7 Jan 2020. We were promptly greeted and picked up and continued on through Cape Vidal for the tour. We saw a few animals that you won't as easily spot in places like Pilanesberg, so were happy with the sightings. After arriving at the Cape Vidal beach, there was some miscommunication between the tour offerings, however I am please to say that after raising the concern with Heritage Tours & Safari's, our complaint was taken very seriously, handled extremely professionally and management resolved more than what we asked from them. I can honestly say their professionalism with our complaint has been some of the best service received and based on this experience will happily endorse making use of their services. I do however caution any future patrons to make sure about the tour packages you're interested in to avoid confusion/miscommunication., for your own peace of mind.
