A year ago I contacted these guys for a Miele dishwasher -- I received my quote. Two months later my dishwasher eventually broke and I contacted them to buy my new machine. Never heard back from them and went on to buy my machine in Cape Town. I am looking for a Speed Queen washing machine now (referred by their rep to Goozi), just to end up this Friday afternoon at 2h30 at a closed shop, again - apparently they close now at 2h00 because something about Covid but I did not even bother to read the note. I looked up their business hours online which indicate they are open between 9-5?! Even that was still OK, BUT what made me realize apparently these guys are not hardup for business ---- inside sat a guy on a phone and gave me one glance and further ignored me!!!
