Great gift ideas and little trinkets. Very convenient having lots of different things under one roof. Top floor even has a fabric and sewing and crafts section, which I loved. A little pricey for some of the handmade/ rare items but considering the store and the craftsman need to make a cut. It's like a better quality 'Crazy Store' , which is great.

A most pleasant shopping experience, although if you are a new customer, the shop is rather bewildering, especially as it is a shop within a shop and the directions from a staff member was "around the corner and up the stairs" so naturally, we went out the door and around the corner to find nothing to our dismay. In fact, it is around the till point and up the stairs, within the main shop - go figure! And another little problem I have - the name!! I cannot see, for the life of me, why it is called the Factory Shop? However, the staff were most pleasant and helpful, so I did manage to find what I needed and more besides! The extra and unplanned shopping we did was largely due to the excellent service of Charmaine, who is in the Curtaining department. An extra note - there is a great and surprising complexity and diversity of stock - beware, browsing is extremely dangerous for the purse-strings but highly enjoyable.

Always a pleasure to visit and purchase from this shop. Now extended for even more great fabrics. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Lucky to have this wonderful shop this side of the mountain.

This shop really tries to provide a lot under one roof. Definitely a place to visit when looking for pretty things for your home, fabric for upholstery or even a dress. Prices are a bit steep, but it's worth a visit.
