An awesome war memorial close to Gearings Point in central Hermanus. Another historical point of interest in Hermanus "Hoys Koppie". During my Western Cape Tour in October 2020 some more POIs : The S.A. Naval museum in Simons Town and its naval basis: "Noon Gun" in Cape Town and Fort Wynyard in Cape Town.
