I bought a tab through TFG online store and the tab was faulty. The invoice itself said to return within 30 days to which I did and then was advised that is not the case and its 7 days. Busisiwe and Neo were very helpful and told me that TFG always does this and they do not advise the customers accordingly. The customer service received from the 2 employees was exceptional. Cant say much though for their partner TFG and their poor service. Thank you Busiswe and Neo! Well done!

This shop has the worst service I've ever come across. I bought a new phone and used it for 4days and it died on me I took back as per the 7 day guarantee but guess what here I'm sitting without a phone waiting for 21 working days
