Im very unhappy with the servive i recieved from the Hi store... Such a large company with such bad Business i purchase a sell phone cash in March and only had the for 3months the phone started giving problems.. I send the phone in on the 3 August 2020 ,callled the store a few weeks later and the phone has mot been sent for repairs yet... Its been 4weeks now already, called the store again to find out what the process is... They then advised 21days... Its 2months already and yet no feedback yet...store moved with no communication to the customer no what soever... Keep calling the line is just ringing... During this time of the pandemic i understand that it take longer then usual but 2months is rediculous.... Unhappy and still waiting for my mobile!!!!
