What a Pathetic Excuse for customer service in this store. they are more worried to flirt with woman then to help clients. ive been with the fochini group now for 8 years and in my life have never experienced such bad service. you have to beg someone to help you. then they take 15 min to see if they have stock and according to the website this store must have stock of the product that i wanted. this store's workers needs to go for training urgently to be able to work with clients because they seriously have no clue how to work with paying clients. left there without making a purchase and you will not see me again. never been so disappointed to have an a ccount with a group like this one!
