I phoned this company yesterday requesting a quote for an alarm.I was told they would contact me for an appointment.I have yet to get as much as a courtesy call confirming any sort of feedback from them.If they can’t be bothered to return a call how can they be trusted to protect your property.
Guard allows 4 unauthorized people into security estate (white Golf), to sightsee - AT NIGHT!. Resident needed to chase and stop them riding. When asked guard to push the panic button calling backup..."I dont have one".... what is the guard doing??? Only a gate opener for anyone, not security??
Mzimaya . Erreck . For safefty and security i will NEVER TRUST this COMPANY EVER. I needed police help and Erreck ur employee said i need to sort it out myself but i had no phone as a result i was assualted infront on his post . What kind of security is tgis for the people. No go.
