I had done very little plates before but am so glad I went to Laura-May for my first proper class. She was friendly, supportive and gave me great tips on the mat. 10/10 way to start the day!

Laura-May is an extremely passionate and experienced pilates instructor. I have been going to her for many years. If there's one form of exercise to never drop from your life, it's pilates. It gives you a total body workout, toning and strengthening. Definitely recommended for back pain. Laura-May is accommodating and very knowledgeable.
Being a first timer and not a very exercise active person, I was so worried about being able to keep up, but Laura-May guided me though all the movements so well I didn't even realize I was pushing my body to the extremes I was. (Did feel it the day after though). Pilates is an amazing workout and I can feel the benefits in my posture, breathing and stamina. I would recommend Pilates in Motion to people with varying degrees of fitness (beginner to expert).
As a Chiropractor I need someone I can trust when referring patients for Pilates. I have to know that I can send patients for specific training and that they will get exactly what they need. With her qualifications Laura-May is my pilates instructor of choice and she is experienced in identifying injuries or potential problems that could lead to injury and she refers her clients accordingly. She provides the expertise and professionalism I require and would recommend her to everyone.
