Never have I experienced this kind of service at this Cell c store. I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years....with about 8-9 contracts so far. Recently I have gone there to get a new contract.......as a customer I had to wait for the manager to come out of his back office for more than 15min......the manager including the staff are pathetically slow.....they have no smile or courteous vibe when you walk through the door......its as if they are doing us a favour. I have therefore taken my business not only to another store but to another network entirely. Definitely not recommended.

Common courtesy is to send an sms letting your fairly NEW customers know that the store is getting deep cleaned due to a potential infected staff member?? Do you not trace customers to let them know if they should be tested themselves as I have said before that my husband has a stent! Had to find out from another store!!!

Hi I have been lied to ,scammed ,sold a contract that was an absolute scam by untrained staff. Spent hours in store trying to sort and promised the owner would contact me . Months later still nothing.now my billing is more than contract.Disgusted . The worst Cell C store ever!!!! Helpful? Answer

They dont follow through on promises and dont back them - I believe they are not well managed and certainly do Cell C an enormous discredit.
