I got scammed by Funnell cars sales man. Sold me a car that he advertised as 2020 and we found out it was 2019. Within 5 days of delivery we found out it had finished break pads, it requires discs brakes scheming and a diagnosis as it made sounds while getting driven. I called the guys stopped answering the phones and the last thing I had from them is we are talking to management and they never got back to me. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I would not recommend anyone buying a car to even bother working with this guys at ALL. RUN FROM FUNNELL CARS!!!

Great service as a whole. The team is fantastic and the saleaman was genuine and sincere. He found me the appropriate vehicle, arranged a great deal and trade in, and the finance department went out of their way to get the deal done. All round great service and also great food while you wait.
I have been meaning to post a review as to my experience with Funnell Cars. This is my long overdue review. I purchased an XKR-S Jaguar. The team at Funnell were professional and went well over and beyond what I could have expected in terms of service and assistance. I would not hesitate for a moment when recommending them. You can purchase with confidence.
I bought my car from them about a year ago and I honestly received excellent service from the Funnell Team mores specifically Matt. He was so amazing and so patient. He worked tirelessly to deliver my car from KZN to GP in time. This is one of the best dealerships I have worked with. The team is amazing. I have no complaints at all. Be careful about payment promises. I was promised payment within 3 days. Reality: when calling after 3 days , I was promised payment for next day. This repeated for another 5 days. Then I got scared and went to collect the car at Funnel Hillcrest : result : Car was not there but at home with a Funnel Employee whos was not even on duty at that day. In addition, I could not collect the car anyway, as it was already registered in "Funnel's" name. When I handed over the car, it was clean ,with a full tank. When getting it back, 12 days later ,tank was on "red", being driven for more than 500 Km. Warning : treat Funnel Cars as you would treat an unknown private person: don't give them car and or logbook without proof of payment. As in my case, Funnel registers the car in their name even though they have not paid it.
