I can only say that I am highly disappointed at the manner in which SEEFF Hillcrest conducts business in their rental division. 1) I mentioned an over charge of R1000.00 of the pro-rate rental for February 2018. This was acknowledged but has never been corrected. 2) On 20th February 2018, on taking occupation of the property, I sent a WhatsApp message to Sally-Ann with pictures of both the electricity and water meter readings. Each month we receive an estimated electricity account from Ethekwini. On numerous occasions, I have raised the issue of over estimation of these readings with Sally-Ann and I again raised it in the meeting with yourself in early November, during which I was promised that this matter would be resolved. To date the issue of the estimated electricity readings has not been resolved. Please also note that I will make payment to Ethekwini for last month's utilities account as and when I receive from SEEFF a correct reconciliation. As you may or may not be aware, this is our last month renting at 38 Alexander Dr, Winston Park. As managing agents of properties, I would have expected that SEEFF would take due diligence to ensure that the rental of client properties would be handled in an efficient and professional manner - unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Due to SEEFFs reluctance to resolve this issue, I have contacted the Rental Housing Tribunal with the intention of lodging a complaint regarding your negligence. 3) They are now holding our deposit without any outgoing inspection report issued. They have also exceeded their 7 days contractual agreement
