Poor customer service. But it has become the culture in Telkom. Knowing I would regret it, I signed up for data with Telkom. For a few months it was fine but the moment they encountered an issue it seems they were either incapable or unwilling to resolve it. Telkom has made it to my Top 5 companies NOT to do business with.

I have to say that a very bright young lady helped me but unfortunately everything with Telkom is via a very useless call centre. No internet for a week and no brain power at the call centre to get my problem resolved. They keep closing my fault report but the fault remains. Telkom should be privatized because there service is really non existent.
