Stars would be more, if they were actually ready to serve when opening, we wanted to do a few prints, waited till opening time, and then we were told to wait another 30 mins as they need to start up the machines and so on. This was not the first time that we had this experience, if you take the printing time into consideration, this adds a few hours to your day. The ladies were really helpful and did what we ask, I would just expect that when a shop open, they are actually ready for business and not just have the doors open while they prepare to open for business. The computers could not read the Flash Drive I had and we had to mail documents around as well, I do realise that equipment are expensive, but being in one of the photographers heartlands, with a lot of global photographers, one would expect everything to work smoothly. I will visit again and do prints again, but I do want to send the warning to visit at least half an hour after opening time..
