I have so appreciated the services during Lockdown. I have experienced enlightening teaching, sincere and uplifting worship, and a sense of fellowship, even though I've only met a small group of members in a Bible study and fellowship, while I was visiting Hogsback 5 years ago. Lovely quaint chapel set in beautiful gardens. Worth a visit.
I photographed my second wedding at this venue now, the location is absolutely stunning, the building itself has awesome character for an intimate wedding. From a photographic point of view I would have loved more space in the front of the church to move around and a bit better lighting but then it will lose it's ambiance. If you are looking for an intimate and romantic wedding setting it doesn't get much better than this.
What a peaceful and inspired place...
A sobering experience to enter the quiet, peaceful chapel, but it is really the prayer trail that touches your heart. The views are stunning, and adds to the spiritual experience. One cannot help to wonder who's been there before you and what their thoughts were as they pensively walked the trail.
