I dropped someone off at the place. The building outside is clean and neat. Security good and friendly. Building inside was corporate, very clean and classy.Receptionist friendly.I just needed to use the ladies. They have a unisex toilet. First time using a toilet where a man was using the next cubicle. Was very uncomfortable.

The architecture at this place is amazing, the symmetrical lines were joined seamlessly. Not sure about their products offering although I figure its insurance isn't it that the risk is weighed against the benefits which is all quantified into period and price, the rest would be the efficiency and their effectiveness of their admin
I had Hollard as my vehicle insurer for more than 5 years and got into an accident that was not my fault and the vehicle got written off. It took Hollard more than 2 months to finalize my claim with me having to phone them constantly get updated. Every time it was a different story. So getting to part where I try to claim my claim excess back from the other party... 2 years of me having to contact them, with many promises of them going to keep me informed. Finally after me contacting them again I was informed that they will need more witness (one would have assumed that they would contact me if they needed it) statements and they will send me a form, which I never got. Now I get communication from them after 2 months of constant emails to them that they view the matter as settled as all avenues as exhausted. I cant get to they other person as they have emigrated and since Hollard has not given it any attention in a timely mannner. My advice to anyone is not to touch them even with a bio-hazard suit!

I went in to the premises at oxford road, to update my policy info. Very professional. and they have more than one person at reception so you don't need to wait too long to be attended.
I’ve been trying to reach Hollard regent department for over six months now and I still haven’t won. I been calling but every time they say they put me through I just can’t reach this department, I tried emailing but no one got back to me. I’m trying to enquire about an amount money they are debiting that I’m not aware of but I still have no answers. I tried reversing the money so that at least they would call and they can finally clarify what is the money for but still nothing. This is my last attempt before I drive from Mpumalanga to Hollard’s head office. I hope they’d respond this time \u200d️
