A fraudulent account was opened in my name and a debit order for over a thousand rand went off! My name, my bank account, different company name. Their underwriting deptnis going to land them in serious hit water! Nit checking for fraud

1 Star is for a zero star company All I wanted from them is to tell me if my area is covered by their service. All I received is spam emails on a daily basis recommending that i do an application to speed up the coverage check..... Does home cloud even know how there competitors work? On the spam email they don't eve include an unsubscribe link

Incorrect amount of data loaded struggling since last week to get response. Emailed support and did tickets and whatsapped and still not fixed. Emailed sales and wow still no response. No contact nr to call. Absolutely poor service after being with them for 4 years.
