It would be nice to be told first thing that you only operate from Monday to Friday when I phone on a Saturday. Hopefully you will be able to assist on Monday Changed my rating from 3 to 1 star. Tried phoning in the week and they just dont asnwer their phones. Select one for sales and it goes over to voice mail. Reading the rest of the reviews on Google, doesnt give me hope at all for this company and aftersales service

Website is lacking. Had to call to enquire. Helped on the phone with a promise of an email with all the details I needed. Still waiting for that!
I brought my tandem mower for a service, which was serviced in April of 2019,now I'm told that my mower us on the verge of ceasing, as its leaking oil into the piston, it cannot be serviced, and we were told a new engine had to be bought, at over 3500!, so much for a BRIGGS AND STRATTON engine..
