I have never been so disgusted by the horrifying service received at shell blueberry street today! After being loyal for over 7 years using this place every day,my husband asked the attendant to fill R100 petrol the attendant proceeds to put R50 my husband tapped the card like technology allows. After my husband telling him the he asked for R100 not R50 the guy refuses to tap our card again having the nerve to shout at us infront of other customers stating the card is stolen because we opted to tap our card! I got out the car and asked what the issue was as the card belongs to me and has my details on it. The rudeness and disrespect! Accused of being a thief with my hard earned money when there are real fraudsters and thieves out there how dare you!

Treated shockingly by a member of your staff who refused to give me his name or the name of a manager. I bought an airtime voucher on the 11/11/2018 that Vodacom said had "already been used" on the 4/11/2018. The vodacom consultant spoke to this man (who is lazy as anything and sarcastic) and he agreed to print me another voucher. After the call ended he simply refused to do so and I lost out on money/airtime. He threw the useless voucher at me after I began to put my foot down. DISGUSTING

Worst Service ever, i recently saw a slush puppy machine so i always go there since i stay nearby, everytime i try to buy the lady is just lazy to walk over to the machine so she claims she cant operate the machine. i have seen her pour the drink so she is lying.this happened about three times

Worst experience ever had to place my entire purchase back as you were offline Its flippen pathetic Get someone proper to look at your machines and maybe then you'll have less upset customers
