Wonderful service. Covid protocols adhered to, but it is a bit busy. Great cocktails for a Sunday afternoon. The pizzas come with a thin crust and are delicious. I recommend the cotton candy pink gin.

After a handful of bad experiences and leaving a negative review (detailed below), I had a call from one of the owners, Craig. He was very professional in dealing with my grievances, allowing me time to explain my experiences, understanding where I was coming from, and apologising for what happened. He took the time to explain, not defending, and did his best to make it up to me. Craig, thanks! Will definitely be visiting Hudson’s again. Thank you also to the management at the Parkhurst branch for making my subsequent experience a much better one. Hope to see you soon. “Used to be my restaurant of choice. Now, I shall not be buying food here ever again. The food quality has declined dramatically and the manners & customer service is getting worse. As gently as I could, I tried to help a waitress see I wasn’t being treated properly but was pretty much shrugged off. I would put it down to her having a bad day but man, I keep getting this kind of service from different waitresses. Wish I could look past this. Cheers.”

The vibe is really very enjoyable. The food is a great portion and the value is really good. A vast variety to pick from and lots to drink too. Taste wise... very nice. Just the correct amount of salt, mayo, garnish. Food did take a while to come but what comes is definitely worth the wait. Ordered the Samurai on carb free bun. Great option for people who want different things. This place caters for people that eat different things. For slow roasted pork belly lovers, definitely worthwhile. Would definitely bring people here for food again.

Discovered this place via an Instagram competition. Super nice and vibey place. Our waitress was phenomenal and we didn't have one mistake. The food was great and the atmosphere was loud enough to drown out silence but still quiet enough to talk amongst ourselves. Absolutely loved it and I will definitely be back for more.

First time going to this place the food amazingly tasty loved their sliders... we went there for a team's lunch will definitely be going there again. Great spot and the ambiance... loved it 9 kudos

Food was really good and it there was a nice atmosphere. There were complications with our waiter that evening so we had to wait for a while but I doubt it's ever like that. I didn't like that chips came separately, seemed like a rip off for the amount you were spending. Other than that, it was a delicious meal and a delightful evening.
