It took this dealership 6 weeks to send me the registration docs for my bike. After 3 weeks I wanted my money back. I was talked into being patient for another few days and promised a small gift(battery trickle charger) to make up for the inconvenience. It took another 3 weeks for them to sort out and send the docs but NO gift. This is the worst service I ever experienced from a Harley dealer. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. Earlier post: 3 weeks after buying a used Harley and paying in full the dealership can still not provide me with registration papers for the bike. Really disappointing customer service from this dealership. At this point maybe they should just refund me and come and fetch the bike.

Wasn't inside,was just drooling over Harley bikes on display outside shop..very impressive collection. A shame no salesman outside trying to sell.... I might or might not have been a potential client.. :)
