During 35 years of rapid growth, the company has expanded three fold and our specialies include hydraulics, Engineering, Fabrication and Construction work throughout South Africa and neighboring countries. Hydro can undertake complete turnkey projects from the design stage of hydraulic cylinders / power packs / systems, specialized machinery, engineering equipment & fabrication. Hydro Precision Engineering has dedicated site personnel that can install and commission all the equipment that is manufactured in its workshops. Hydro Precision Engineering is an approved OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) for the Parker range of products which enables the company to offer a full range of associated hydraulic equipment to add to our range of cylinders and power packs. Quality To ensure the highest standard Hydro Precision Engineering conform to and maintain the ISO 9001 of 2000 QC System of which a copy is available on request. We are also ISO 3834 Section 3 - Structural listing approved, with a full time welding inspector. Safety Hydro Precision Engineering is committed to ensure a safe working environment for all their employees. We implement the services of Macrosafe and we have obtained an official gold rating certificate. BEE The management has embarked on an intensive program in accordance with the Department of Labour’s code of good practice. We have been audited by SEESA and our current rating is a level 3 value added customer. Customers Hydro Precision Engineering is approved vendors to major bluechip companies and various other companies in the industrial sector. Other Hydro Precision has qualified personnel to install and weld Polypropelene pipelines and associated equipment. Various projects have been undertaken at Iscor Vanderbijlpark Works and references can be obtained upon request. Factory Facilities Our factory consists of a yard area of approximately 5000m2 comprising of an administrative block and 4 workshops namely: Machine workshop 600m2 with 10 ton lifting capacity. Hydraulic workshop 450m2 with 6.3 ton lifting capacity.
