After ten (Yes, literally 1o) return visits to Dr. Grotius, concerning new dentures that would not fit (to eat anything of more substance than soup or cottage cheese I had to remove these dentures, as it was too painful to chew), I finally fractured a major supporting tooth for these dentures. This was not even picked up at a subsequent, further visit to Dr. Grotius' rooms. It was only discovered when, finally, I consulted another dentist. I will need further specialised dentistry - implants, bone transplants - as a result of this negligence (or indifference?). And never, at any point in time, was there as much as even an apology for causing me such pain, inconvenience and lasting damage. I'm afraid I cannot recommend the services of this practice.
