My favourite spot for visit on the Prom after a walk. I love that they have vegan flavours and always something new to try. Their team is so friendly and always make me feel welcome. So glad to see your covid plan in full swing, great job guys! Can't wait for my next visit.

If you want death by ice cream or iCremosi this is the place to go! Do not leave without tasting the Ferrero Roche, it is fantastic. Service is friendly and helpful and you can sooth your mind by walking off the extra kilojoules along the See Point Promenade. Thanks guys!

The staff don't sanitise between serving customers, or at all. They handle the cones without gloves. I wouldn't be surprised if a major covid outbreak isn't traced back to this badly managed establishment.

I honestly don't know why it is acceptable for your staff to give your customers bad service repeatedly! They serve customers with absolute disinterest. I politely asked for a takeaway tray to carry 3 cups of coffee, but they respond by saying where are you going.
