This place is the best the instructor shows you how to do things but let's you add your opinion and see if it works and the good thing about it is that you learn techniques based on what has happened recently that is life threatening but the best part of all is that it is not more like not like this like that and not like that like this but it is more do that and let's see if it will work anything can happen so don't be based on one thing I truly honor the instructor old but energetic man and the people the are also friendly if you want to have enjoyment and have a say in a self defense school this is the best ever
