The company where my girlfriend has been working for for the past year makes use of this agency and the agreement in her contract was that she'd get a fixed salary per month with the leave agreements of the basic employment act. This place has managed to pay her the correct amount out for only two of the months she had been working there and they fight her on every query she has. They pay her based on an hourly rate and deduct public holidays off as unpaid leave. Then when she queries why she isn't paid correctly, they come up with the next excuse of their payment cycle not being according to what she was expecting, but can't give her a valid excuse for not paying for the pro rata days she worked when starting there. Worst experience ever with an agency of this type. STAY AWAY!
