Service here is worst ever. They sell you over priced good that break and when you come to their office you spend 30 min being sent from gate to gate and when you finally find the spares department they insist you open an account which takes 45 min if no one is in front of you....how stupid to have to open an account to buy a spare pipe or replacement bags...dont waste time with this product or spares....actually took so long we left without spare and went to buy another vacuum but different brand...at two other major appliance stores they said they dont stock nilfisk any more due to spares
