Implement Corporate Innovation Management system architecture as a core competence with supporting capabilities. 2. Sustain corporate organic growth through innovation strategy formulation of new businesses for new markets. 3. Defend corporations core businesses with digital transformation as a force that increases corporate longevity. For these reasons, the purpose of the SCIM System is to provide corporate executives with an elegant, novel, simple and practical system as a guide to increase corporate innovation performance in three areas: generate brand recognition in the market, create wealth for employees and establish sustainable growth for shareholders.
