Their services were very unsatisfactory coupled with a lack of clarity in terms of how they transfer the payments. I asked to do an exchange directly into my bank account, I was told by the teller that it would reflect after 30 minutes into my account. An hour passed and I went back to enquire, she then changed her statement saying that she meant it would take 30 minutes for them to initiate the payment and that it could take a few more hours to reflect. I was left stranded without any Rands to go home or buy myself food. Their lack of accountability is also a concern because they are very unapologetic and don't admit that they have made a mistake on their side. The teller was very arrogant and incompetent. All in all they're service was very poor and I will avoid them at any cost!

My concern is the issue surrounding collection of orders. I had a situation that you find out my aunt overseas sends a order of about R1000 and probably in the same week send another order of R400 maybe a Gift for my daughters birthday. Then my only time for collection is a weekend in the evening that I will have to drive from Heidelberg to OR Tambo to collect orders. You get there and only to be told you are only allowed to collect 1 order per day like really? its a huge inconvenience to drive up and down instead of collecting the orders at once. Its not like a huge amount to be paid out...Not happy at all

Had the worst experience with your consultant Lerato Madiba, sooo rude and no customer etiquette at all!!! I was there a month ago and was helped by one of your ladies efficiently. I do not understand why her 'procedure' is different from the people that hv helped me in the past!!!

Very professional and helpful. Walked out of my bank as they couldn't help and Inter Africa invited me to their Boardroom and offered me coffee while my transaction completed. Very poor showing on my own personal bank around the corner from them. Service still exists!
