Great doctors. Don't like the fact that I had to pay an additional R190 fee. For it being a public holiday. It did not say this in the confirmation email. On the website it does not state the amount and says that there might be an extra charge. Why only inform the patient afterwards? This tells me I could have waited till tomorrow rather, and get booked off for the day, save money. If I had known. Teaches me to ask all questions before hand. Don't get sick on a public holiday!!!

Update to review below. Have since been contacted by both the practice manager and the staff member concerned. Issues have been resolved and apologies accepted. Service recovery has resulted in more favorable review. Went for Vitality Health Assessment. Reception point good and friendly but the fact that they use copies of copies of copies of copies and the forms are very poor quality. Sidenote. Forms emailed to me are not interactive pdf docs and the assumption is that everybody has a printer. I don't. This is a practice manager problem. Then get to lady who needs to do my assessment. Must be Monday blues as unfriendly. I've done this test numerous times before. She is very poorly trained. Cannot read an analog scale and sees a 2kg difference to what it actually states. Takes blood after she has placed the testing strip inside the respective machines and has to lift each machine to my finger tip. Then need to sign declarations to information which was not done (IE counseling). I am paying for the service yet not once am I told whether any biological markers are within range or not, other than HIV which is negative. Pathetic showing. Even though walking distance from my house I will do the assessments elsewhere in future.

Absolutely pathetic service. Waiting for 30 min after your SCHEDULED appointment (due to the doctor having a virtual consultation) is unacceptable.
