I get an email at 15:37 this afternoon, I owe you R700 and I must pay it and if it doesn't reflect in your account TODAY my services will be suspended. How am I suppose to get the payment to reflect in your bank account today and what is the R700 for?? I phone accounts, I get rudely interrupted while asking what is the R700 for. I ask to please let me finish and the phone gets put don't in my face. I phone again and accounts refuses to take my call. I was NOT rude... I still don't know what the R700 is for I never received an invoice for this amount and it is way more than my normal monthly payment which is up to date for all my services. So I ask again, WHAT IS THE R700 I OWE YOU FOR, WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE OR AN EXPLANATION FOR THE R700 AND WHY ARE YOU GOING TO SUSPEND MY SERVICES IF I'M UP TO DATE WITH MY PAYMENTS?????!!!! I get told by your support that they will phone me back twice, by two different people. I'm still waiting.... a Company threatening it's customers like that for no reason is extremely unprofessional if you ask me.
The actual service provision has been good overall. The downfall is the office work. I have sent numerous emails in the past, to none of which did I receive a reply. I have also had problems with accounting. I've received notification in the past that I am overdue and soon to be disconnected when I had already paid in good time. Emails for clarification never received a response from iSat.

Stay FAR FAR away. These guys are big time spammers.
The service and internet reception is pathetic, the only thing they do fast is billing you, the rest is pathetic to say the least, no one comes back to you when you have an issue and if I read the rest of the review's it seems like most people feel the same. If I had to run my business the way they do my doors will be shut by lunch time.
To many times has my web site and emails been not working. I run a business and my web site and email has been down for almost two days now. That means no web site for my business (which is my primary way of getting business in) and also no emails (our primary method of communication with new and old clients). Thank you iSAT for the pathetic service.
Internet reception is really a problem in our area. I approced Isat on several occassions asking them about the reception in our area as it shows on their website that we do have reception in our area. My question was if we don't have reception do I still need to pay and continue with the service. I spoke to the call centre and to Lindi van Rooyen. They assured me that it will not be a problem. How can we pay if it is not working. Needless to say when we received the sim, there was no signal or reception. I phoned the call centre, asked for assistance. We came to the conclusion that although it shows reception in our area, THERE ARE NO RECEPTION OR SIGNAL so we are unable to use the sim. Also if they will check the sim, they will see there are no usage. As of today I have been billed for something that is not working and they thretten to hand us over to attorneys. R2700 for no reception...make sure that there is reception in your area even if the Isat website state that there is reception in your area....
