I normally call for assistance and always get a feeling that people there think that when they assist us they are making us a favor even the way they answer calls. one time the other guy just transferred my call without even notifying me. Today i was assisted by a lady called Grace i don't know her surname but i got good quality help, she went out of her way to find the appropriate person who was supposed to assist me as she was not at her desk. the way she spoke to me was more than professional and called me afterwards informing me of the outcome (which is something we don't get often even when we have ran out of airtime). i just want to say sesi thank you GOD BLESS YOU and continue doing a great job that you do WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

They are awful. Plain and simple. They barely notify you of outstanding amounts before it's ridiculously high, then fail to turn back the electricity on time when you do pay. Mxm
Not good, you will pay electricity and even submit proof of payment they will still not switch on your electricity till you call them and they put you on hold for 40 minutes and it's not a free call you will be using your airtime.And then when they finally pick they will switch on the lights and after an hour it will go off again and you have to call again, so irritating :(
if it was possible, I was going to score them 0. These people never answer the phone. most of them are rude and don't know what customer service is. I just want my deposit back
WORST SERVICE EVER The IS metering apparently changed the water system without alerting some of us. Yesterday i received an sms informing me that if i don't pay my account by the 26082020, they will disconnect the supply. Firstly, i was never notified of the new system nor received a statement for my water bill. Secondly, when i raised this with them, they didn't even bother to address my concerns, worst part, they insisted that i pay the disconnection fee. Im unhappy with their services and have never seen such level of unprofessional ism. I would never recommend this agent to anyone.

Just moved into a new flat on 1 August. paid water and electricity deposit. On the 19th they disconnect my electricity. phoned technical support and was told I owe water to the tune of more than R1100. Now I sleep without bathing or eating. What a service.
For me this service is a lot more convenient cause i get to do everything on my computer, buying credits, checking usage and statements. However, i feel like they charge a lot. I could stay all day with all appliances off except for the fridge but my consumption will head over 20 credits with an additional of R2.88 subscription credits per day. isn't that crazy!!
