I am looking for an Apple Store to repair my Macbook Pro and based on all these poor reviews i will not be coming to your store. You haven't even responded to half these peoples complaints and points. You have a store to provide a service and duty to look after people who come to you when they are desperate and in need of your help. Who have paid an arm and a leg for a product that is supposed to be reliable but turns out it is not. Do you know how much that sucks? And you choose to make this worse by neglecting people, ignoring them and treating them with disrespect? Be better than that, its not hard.

Extremely long waiting times. I was told I cannot upgrade my contract early by one staff member and was asked to pay off the remaining balance on my contract at my network provider only to be told by my network provider that this is false information and I am eligible for an early upgrade. Staff assisting with upgrades need to be well trained. When searching for a product, one staff member tells you it’s out of stock while another will be able to find the product you desire. Inconsistent advice and service. Not what you would expect from Apple.

Went in for assistance with technical issues. Delissia (SP?), the assistant was more focused on the fact the if I wanted to return and item that I bought the previous day that there would be a 20% handling fee and that to restore a brand new iPad back to factory setting would cost me R200. The fact that I had the slip, packing etc. for the R1320 worth of items that I had bought from the same store was of no consequence. Apple is supposed to be associated with innovation and customer care. Well not in this store!! It puts me, a long time Apple user off wanting to deal with their products!

I'm a big fan of Apple, from an iMac, to an iWatch, to an iPhone, I've got it all from the iStore, in gateway shopping centre based in Umhlanga. The store boasts excellence, staff are extremely friendly, I would certainly recommend them to whoever reads this.

Sent in my laptop for a simple Keyboard change, It Came back scratched. Then sent it back for that scratch, they replaced that cover, and it has another scratch, then sent it in for that. When it went in, they refused to sort that out, so when it got back to the Istore, i went to collect it and now there was not only a scratch but a Dent!!! Pictures proved this all happened while i sent it in and not in my possession. The Manager neither were the supervisors any help. Was promised feedback a day later, been another 2 weeks and Still have not received any reply back till now. They still have my laptop! This has been going on for over 2 months now. Worst service. Will take it up to Apple SA

Very bad service. Price are incorrect. Draw all the way 100km to buy. All they said sorry. Rather buy some other products. Useless store. Won't recommend at all.
