Don't answer their phones, list incorrect amounts and only post notices after the due date on payments. Must be a bunch of grade 7 grandaunts running the show here.

How can City of Cape Town hand over for collection without settling an ongoing dispute for 11 years (incorrect property billed for water)?! Despite numerous communications with ITC Business Administrators that my account is Still in dispute with City of Cape Town since 2009, I continue to receive letters of demand... Who at City of Cape Town And ITC has enough brains to sit down and correct my account before trying to extort payment for an account that is not mine?

I called on behalf of a company I work for to find out which account we need to pay. Thy are the grumpiest rudest call centre agents ever. Really disgusting. Ladies i spoke to have no telephone etiquette.

Most unprofessional people that I have met. Firstly every person gives you the incorrect amount which must be paid. Only 1 person in that company gave me the amount which I had to pay. Then after I made payment on behalf of my husband, he received another sms with now all of a sudden a different amount which is outstanding according to their client. The sms does not reflect the correct amounts or the correct reference numbers which must be used!!!! The first time I responded to an email I requested the banking details of ITC BA, which was only sent after my husband got another call from ITC BA and said that we made an agreement via email when we will pay and then also we still waiting for the banking details. Very unprofessional for a company that collects money on behalf of another company like Discovery!!!!!!!
