Sent my karcher high pressure washer in for a service, came back worse than before absolutely no pressure anymore. What a waste of money. Surely you should test washers before customer has paid and has collected unit?? Now I'm still waiting 2 months later and not a word from ITS Karcher after returning the unit for repair, they first tried to requote me for the part they had already replaced. I keep calling them and they say they will call me back but nothing. So even after my complaint was escalated internally they still couldn't provide a basic service. And now I am 4 months with the unit...
