Wow customer service is pathetic.....they never respond to emails....I'm paying 2 years on a cell phone insurance on a phone I do not have....they increase my insurance from R94 to R188 now its R288..... Now I requested a refund but the consultant can't evens help me....I was told to email them ...iv done that but I'm still waiting a week for assistance! Can't deal anymore ...oh and all they do is apologize but nothing gets sorted out!

Whenever you buy a vehicle and this company is the "life cover" insurance company. RUN! Do not take any cover from them. Easy to take your money for 3 years. But when it comes to paying out you seriously have to jump through hoops to get money out of them. Pathetic service. And quick to respond on hello Peter etc. But when it comes to paying your claims..... Check the ratings for yourself before taking up a contract with them. Tired of companies pouncing on innocent victims of Covid. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for running such a Pathetic company. If it was not for our stupid people taking up this cover you will not be in business. So think about that when your sales start to decrease.

I took insurance for my phone with IUA 3 years ago and after 3 years of making payments I made a claim and they refuse to pay out my claim. They don't respond to my emails they just don't care. Customer Service is ridiculous, I demand a refund of all my premiums!!!

I do not recommend using them for any scratch and dent policies. Their communication is sadly lacking and dealing with them is exceptionally stressful. Waste of money!!

One of the worst I have dealt with, my claim Tyre claim was rejected due to the fact that Tyre bubbles are not covered. But bubbles are caused by pothole damages, few days later the same Tyre I claimed for bursted, damaged the rim almost caused an accident. They willing to do anything not to pay a claim, I can never recommend it to even my worst enemy.

Iua Business solutions the worst business that you could ever cross paths with if you looking for insurance or warranty don't ever consider them you will pay them on a long term it's like throwing money in the ocean that you know you won't be able to get back again

Pathetic for a retrenchment claim of 5 days i struggle now for nearly 3 months to get it resolved , I get excuses all the time and NEVER get any feedback. Documents needed to be send more than 4 times because they ca not read a 2 page pdf document and do not see the second page. And the change that i will loose my car because they are incompetent to do their jobs correctly.
