I am a Canadian who recently completed class IV, III and II at Jacks. Although Jacks is a member of IMCA, but they are registered under DOL they unfortunately do not adhere to the Canadian standards so no matter what I will have to do an PLAR when I return home. The dive numbers are less than 2/3 of what I need to go back home but Trevor is willing to work with me to get more bottom time. Trevor does exceed DOL with all his students. I must admit that the tool training is very minimal unfortunately, so I am looking forward to going back to Canada to receive tool training. The reason I am giving four stars is because of the minimal tool training. Rudi is a great Class IV and III instructor. Trevor has built a great school with lots of potential.

I booked IMCA supervisors course through them and was given wrong dates,when i phoned to ask if course is still on i was told course already started,after flights and acommodation was booked i was offerd no help and just told its out of their hands. I provided proof that wrong dates was given by them. They cost me alot of money and also heard this wasnt the 1st time. Will never use them again
