Bleh. Long story short. Moved my parts purchases to Williams Hunt. Bought my first car there. Had good service. As a supplier of parts for my business, I have never been treated in such a condescending manner by overly entitled managares after an incident of supplying me with a wrong part, then with a damaged one after a 2 week delay. The consolation prize of discount refund did not cut it. The damage was done. In hindsight, they could have given it to me for free and I still would have felt the same way. It's not the money. It's professional courtesy. I've found greener pastures at Williams Hunt. Might support them again once management has done a reshuffle and employ staff with people skills if they expect 100ds of thousands spent there per anum. Calls also never get returned in spares department. I never need to ask twice at Williams Hunt. The rest of the team at Jackson's is great. But I refuse to spend my money at a place where someone has made me feel in such a way. It's been over a year now since the incident. But still had that sour feeling walking in there last week. The change has benefited me and put Jacksons at a disadvantage. One rotten apple.
