We are so thankful to the owner, Jan, and his team for taking on the project at our house and replacing all our windows and outside doors with aluminium. They went above and beyond to assist us, and April and Brenden were absolutely fantastic. April, specifically, always did more than expected and he refused to move on to the next window unless he wasn't absolutely satisfied the current one being installed was perfect. He was such a joy, always smiling and friendly, and I can honestly attest to his amazing work ethic. He really did work unbelievably hard, all the while showing Brenden the ropes and mentoring him. April always had a plan, and as I mentioned, he always made sure his work was perfect. In fact, I saw him multiple times using a Level and a ruler to make sure everything was straight! I believe both April and Brenden are true assets to Jaycee. To Jan, thank you for personally taking the time to come and see us to make sure we were happy with everything after installation was completed. We really appreciate all the effort you went to for us, and we wish Jaycee more success in the future.
