A no nonsense hassle free Supplier! The team and Management are highly efficient with sound knowledge on aluminium products and focus on quality supply. When it comes to lead times on quotes and supply, I have found them to be phenomenal in this regard especially when I compare the competition who seem to only focus on price. What needs to be understood is that time is money which is exactly what they understand in terms of delivery which in turn ensures a smooth process throughout! Keep it up!

Appalling service. A year later and they have not completed the installation. Didn't measure accurately the first time. Then installed windows where doors should be. Difficulty getting them on site. first dealt with a guy called Kyle who was subsequently fired and now I'm dealing with Jacques. Instead of attending to the issue they have been deflecting and are now talking about having financial constraints to do the job.
