Worst service ever experienced so far! The manager on duty was totally rude as we experienced some problems with our rental car.
Misleading fraudsters
Worst inept service ever!! A car booked a day in advance and told not to arrive before 10 am as the car needed to be washed. Directions given to premises and on arrival no car! My sister-inlaws name was written in the book to collect her car. The tune then changes to we "don't book cars, cars are given on a first-come-first-served basis. Corne was the manger on duty who showed no respect and one lie after the next rolled off his tongue. Totally unacceptable
