Decent training facilities. Could maybe do with an extra squat rack and deadlift mat. Most of the members are also really lax in following the covid sanitation protocols and few ever wear their masks.

Joined the gym yesterday 20 Aug 2020. Took 3 year contract. Best buy ever. Great venue, excellent facilities and staff that are there for you at the snap of a finger. They are professional, friendly and know there stuff. If I have to rate then then I would give them 12 out of 10. Great work guys keep it up. Please do not weaken, you have set the bar. Do not gym here. I am not one to bad mouth easily, but the customer service is disgusting. They don't respond to emails or queries at all. They breach their contract with you and then act like it is your fault that their staff can't do their job properly. After hearing of so many people that is NOT satisfied with them I honestly can't believe their doors are still open.

I am not one to publicly blame and shame companies as I am fully aware of the devastating consequences this must have, but I do feel that keeping quiet about this could lead to other victims. I have been struggling to cancel my Edge fitness membership and clear my name for OVER A YEAR NOW after signing a one-year contract with Edge and following all the correct steps for the cancellation of my contract after moving to Limpopo. Debit orders were withdrawn from my account long after the cancellation, I was contacted by a debt collector's agency last year and after hundreds of discussions with the entire Edge team and at least a month's worth of airtime spent trying to get them to clear my name, the debit orders stopped and I was promised that my debt name would be cleared. A year later - this week - I was contacted by the same debt collection agency with an urgent notice for a massive amount of debt now allocated to my name, which soils my reputation and comes very untimely as we are currently looking for a new rental home and credit checks are expected. Please note that Edge fitness has a flawed cancellation system, continues to withdraw money long after even the huge cancellation fee is paid and the contract is closed, and refuses to accept responsibility or amend their accounts internally. Either this is a deliberate scam (I have found that I am not the only one who has had this problem) or they have managed to hire every incapable administrative assistant in Jeffreys Bay and for some reason ordered them not to talk to one another. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Do not join this scam!!! I cancelled my membership 3 years ago. I was told all is done well and it’s cancelled, to this day they are still debiting. The managers are rude. It’s purely a big scam. I’ve decided to get Lawyers now because every time they say they have fixed it ,it’s never fixed!

I Do Not Recommend this gym. Poor Service. •Hidden Fees, they charge gym maintenance fee from their customers, about R200 per year. •Sales people, will pressure to sign a contract, which is not disclosed fully. There is 40% cancelation fee. They require doctors note or medical certificate to freeze your account, all this through an email system they never respond back. • Linton grange branch has a carpet which stinks sweat , carpet on a gym??? • Handed over accounts. you are charged for communication, calls, email etc. When it’s handed over, opening balance can be up to R700 on top of your initial balance from the edge fitness. Overpriced and ridiculous.
