Not sure if there are new owners. Seems to be better in all aspects. The staff are new and what a pleasure to be served by someone that actually thinks you don't owe them anything. A close 5 star from me.
Short of staff so service was slower than usual and certainly not as quick and efficient as we have experienced before.
