I cannot rate Jennifer Eales Skin Care Clinic highly enough. I have travelled extensively nationally and internationally and been lucky enough to enjoy treatments like facials and massages at top establishments all over the world. But Jennifer Eales makes them all pale into insignificance by comparison. The staff are not only expertly trained and good at their jobs, but they are kind, warm, empathetic and caring: you feel more than pampered by them: you feel cared for. Also, every detail has been considered to give you the most sensually rich, holistic experience. I not only treat myself with sessions and products at Jennifer Eales, I also buy vouchers as gifts for dear friends and colleagues, as I know what a blissful, transcendent experience they will have. Utterly professional, deeply satisfying, and highly, highly recommended.

I have been coming to Jennifer Eales Salon for the past 20yrs and have experienced the most wonderful caring dedication of all the therapists that work there. I have only ever had the most wonderful experience at her salon. I highly recommend Jennifer Eales and all her staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. First they made me wait half an hour and still finished early and the back scrub was so hard that it’s taken the top layer of detail off my tattoos. That’s 10 hours and thousands of rands of damage. I’m absolutely devastated. Can’t even explain how gutted I am.
Had a poor experience with Lauren (spelling ?)this morning, called to book an appointment ..suggesting a time of 3.00 ..the answer was sorry cant do 3.00..when i tried to suggest another time./or even another date...the words were barely out of my mouth and the answer was..we're fully booked. ...quite rudely in my opinion..i was going to suggest another day/time....which is actually something she should have been doing in a warm and friendly manner...but thought..rather find somewhere else where they are a little bit more friendly on the phone and really interested in assisting the client....having been introduced to the clinic some time ago i have been going from time to time and recently introduced my daughter to the clinic experience..but i am afraid i wont bother to call them again.quite rude on the phone .....arrogant . In the current economic climate ..i.d start to worry if my staff had that attitude.
This place has changed my life. Best facials. Best massages... Sometimes at the SAME TIME. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere
