I went to Joburg Theatre for auditions about 3 weeks ago, such a beautiful place to be, the threshold you can actually feel you home, I'm looking forward to visit them more often, to watch their live performances, but mostly I look forward to see myself doing what I love on their stages, to perform of course.

Went to watch West Side Story here. Loved how the stages are interchangeable. I have never seen that before. The soubd was amazing although the seating is a bit snugg. Great restaurants on the ground floor. Would prefer a few more standing tables to wait at before a show as this is a big theater that can get crowded.

This place was amazing. Starting from the entrance that almost felt like a luxurious hotel. We were in the biggest venue which occupies over 1000 people. It is one of four venues the theater has. The high ceiling with a balcony for additional people made the mood the place to be at. The seats so red and comfortable. The view to the stage absolutely clear. I can't begin to applaud the lighting and smoke effects, and ultimately the show I got to experience, a wonderful performance indeed. It was absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back to this place or for the group that was performing. Absolutely loved it.
